Robust continuous flow sealers with integrated conveyor belt for fast and efficient sealing of bags in series. The devices are available in a horizontal (bags are packed horizontally) and a vertical version (bags are packed vertically) and are suitable for bags made of different materials. The throughput speed and sealing temperature can be conveniently set on the digital control panel. The filled bags are placed on the conveyor belt and guided safely through the sealing unit, supported by the integrated conveyor belt. The pressure roller at the machine outlet gives the seam its characteristic corrugation.
Universally suitable for sealing bags made of thermoplastic materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene etc. But also for barrier materials such as coated aluminum foils or coated paper.
