Film sealing unit ISM

The impulse sealing units in IP65 design are easy to handle and are working with double-sided impulse heating. They are available in various versions with sealing lengths of 420mm, 620mm or 1020mm. For closing of bags or tubular film made of nearly all commonly used packing material. Thanks to the sturdy construction, an intensive use is possible and reliable 5mm wide sealings are produced. Sealing and cooling time are set at the control panel.

In the IP65 version, the high-quality stainless steel housing protects the inside of the device from moisture and dust. The devices are also available with a housing made of epoxy resin or stainless steel in IP20 protection class.

The film sealing unit ISM is perfectly suited for packing small parts, spare parts, plastic parts, screws, nuts and fittings. Sealing of bags and tubular film made of LDPE, PP, PA/PE materials.

In the IP65 version, the inside of the device is protected against moisture and dust. This makes the ISM particularly suitable for use in the food industry or in damp and dusty environments.
